Cucumber Crab Stick Wafu Salad きゅうりカニカマの和風サラダ

Bit Bit bought a packet of crab sticks from Giant recently, and was thinking of what other ingredients to add to the crab stick. Since cucumber fits well with crab stick, Bit Bit decided to make Cucumber Crab Stick Wafu Salad.

The cucumber crab stick wafu salad took about 20 minutes to finish.

Things that Bit Bit found out about cucumber crab stick wafu salad:
  • The crunchiness of cucumber really fits well with the sweetness of crab stick, even without the wafu dressing.
  • The wafu dressing is very simple to make and can be altered accordingly to one's personal preference.
  • For a more crunchy taste, remove the middle portion of the cucumber, including the seeds.
